Returns and Cancellations

What is your returns policy for items purchased via the website?

We hope you are very happy with the item(s) you purchase however if you are not, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

If you are unable to return the artwork to us before the 7 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 7 day period.

To do so, simply email info@themehq.org. Include the following to help us identify your order as quickly as possible:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Delivery address

What address should I send the artwork back to?

The returns address will be provided to you in the return email.

What costs will you refund?

If you cancel your order we will refund the price you paid for the artwork and any delivery costs that you have paid.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is earlier.

If you have not received the artwork at the time of your cancellation, we will make the refund within 7 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel the order.

How will you refund me?

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

I have to pay the cost of returning the artwork to you?

Yes, unless the artwork is damaged or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the artwork to us.

What if the item is faulty?

If the artwork is found to be faulty or not as described. Please email info@themehq.org. Include the following to help us identify your order as quickly as possible:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Delivery address
